Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date – Full refunded deposit.
Cancellation 2-6 days prior to arrival date – 50% Refunded deposit.
Cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival date – Forfeited deposit.
Cancellation on arrival date or in case of “NO SHOW” – The balance of the cost will be payable.
Cancellation of reservation after arrival date – Forfeited all monies paid for the duration of the original booking.
In the case of the booking being deferred, all monies paid will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled.
Interest of 2% per month will be added to accounts that is outstanding for longer than 30 days.
Book In: Weekdays from 14:00, Weekends 12:00| Book Out: 10:00
Children Aged 0-3: No charge | Children aged 4-14: R350/child | Children Aged 15+: Charged as Adult
50% Deposit required to confirm booking | All rooms are serviced daily
